Know which cases are coming before the phone rings.
OrignIQ watches public layoff filings, visa data and agency actions in your metro, and turns them into a monthly brief and pages under your firm’s name where affected workers can find you.

Every case starts as a public record.
A WARN notice is filed weeks before anyone is let go. Read field by field, it tells a firm who, how many, and when.

Who
The employer, matched to prior filings, lawsuits and agency actions against it.
How many
The size of the event, and whether it crosses federal or state WARN thresholds.
When the release window opens
Severance agreements arrive near the separation date. Workers have days to review them.
Whether visa holders are involved
Job titles are matched against the employer’s H-1B filings. If they overlap, immigration firms have a sixty-day clock to work with.
A brief, a ranked list, and the dates that matter.
September 2026
Your firm
Four employers filed notice for 1,443 Bay Area jobs this quarter. Most separations land in November.
Expect severance questions first, then retaliation and WARN pay claims over the following 60 days.
A printed-page summary of your territory.
What was filed, where, and what it is likely to mean for your practice. Every figure is cited to its source.
Each event ranked for your firm.

Your firm, in the places they are already looking.
A page for the layoff
A page under your firm’s name that explains the specific event, the dates, and what a worker should do next.
Ads your firm approves
Search and social ads pointing to that page, written to your state’s rules. Nothing runs until you approve it.
One intake form
Every inquiry comes through a single form on your page and lands in your CRM or IntakeIQ.
We never contact anyone. People find your firm.
The companies that just filed, and the ones likely to hire.
Business Outreach add-on · +$500/moCompanies that just filed notice
Employers running a reduction in force often need counsel on releases, WARN compliance and visa obligations.
Companies likely to hire those workers
Employers hiring for the same roles nearby, who may need help with offers, restrictive covenants or sponsorship.
Outreach drafts go only to business roles. Your firm approves each one and sends it from its own inbox.
Every inquiry arrives already scored.
When a worker contacts you from an OrignIQ page, IntakeIQ interviews them and scores the inquiry 0–100 before your team calls. OrignIQ works without it too, sending inquiries straight to your CRM.

What’s a territory?
One metro × one practice area. The Bay Area for employee-side employment is one territory; the Bay Area for immigration is another.
Is this a referral service?
No. We don’t pick firms for people or pass anyone’s details to a firm. Your firm advertises under its own name, and people choose to contact you.
Do you contact workers?
Never. No calls, texts, emails or messages to people affected by a layoff. They find your firm through your pages and approved ads.
Which states?
California (the Bay Area, Los Angeles and Orange County) and the DC area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) today. New York and New Jersey are next.
What does a firm have to approve?
Every event page, every ad, and every Business Outreach email. Briefs are internal and don’t need approval.
How do ads work?
We draft ads for Google, LinkedIn, Meta and ChatGPT that point to your event pages. You approve them and set a monthly budget, which is paid to the ad platform, not to us.
Can I cancel?
Month-to-month territories cancel at the end of any month. Annual territories and exclusivity run for the full term.
